Wisconsin mother-in-law could halt daughter-in-law’s abortion if SB 201 passes

As detailed in a post by Jud Lounsbury, a bill shepherded by usual suspect Senator Glenn Grothman would give a potential parent or grandparent the right to halt an abortion IF that person could provide some kind of evidence that the abortion was to be initiated “solely on account of the sex of the child”.

What kind of evidence?  Well, that is not made clear in the legislation.  The courts get to sort it out at, I assume, at great expense and trouble to some unfortunate woman.

I’ll direct you to Jud’s piece here for the rest of the story.

Footnote:  Michael Eisenga‘s mom is not in on this.  (I hope.)
