Karen Lewis, President of CTU and John Kuhn, Superintendent of the Perrin-Whitt District of Texas came to Madison, Wisconsin last night to deliver inspirational and informative speeches at the Rally to Defend Public Education in Madison, Wisconsin.
Ms. Lewis’ time behind the podium was – as it always is – riveting, authentic, funny, and helpful.
I was also impressed and moved by Mr. Kuhn’s speech, which I now have up on YouTube as well.
I should point out that John Kuhn is also the author of a new book that’s getting really good reviews: Fear and Learning in America – Bad Data, Good Teachers, and the Attack on Public Education.
