Here is a podcast of Steve Burns on Sly’s radio show. He explains the difference between getting a permit for your protest at the Wisconsin Capitol building as opposed to giving a notice.

It’s good listening.

There has been debate (and just plain confusion) over what the settlement is between Michael Kissick and the Wisconsin Department of Administration ever since it came out.
